Adjustment of Viscosity of Boron-Based Rich-Fuel Solid Propellant

介绍了硼、AP包覆硼和 HTPB胶混合过程中粘度随时间变化情况 ;讨论了镁粉、键合剂对含硼富燃固体推剂药浆粘度的影响。进行了一系列的试验处理 ,降低了含硼富燃固体推进剂药浆粘度 。

Viscosity of the mixtures of boron with HTPB,boron coated wity AP and HTPB versus time is presented. Effect of addition of Mg powder and bonding agent on boron based rich fuel solid propellant is discussed. The viscosity of boron based rich fuel solid propellant was decreased by adopting a series of test treatments, which is helpful for successful casting of boron based rich fuel solid propellant.
