组合超声条件下电沉积Ni-Nd_2O_3纳米复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能 被引量:5

Corrosion Resistance of Ni-Nd_2O_3 Nanocomposite Coatings Prepared by Electrodeposition in Combination Ultrasonic Field

摘要 分别在单一超声和组合超声条件下制备了Ni-Nd2O3纳米复合镀层,分析了镀层的微观形貌,测定了镀层中纳米Nd2O3的含量,考察了纳米复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:组合超声可以提高Ni-Nd2O3纳米复合镀层中Nd2O3的含量,在组合超声空化效应和协同效应的作用下,复合镀层的晶粒细化,组织致密,腐蚀速率降低,表现出优良的耐腐蚀性能。 The Ni-Nd2O3 nanocomposite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition with single-ultrasound and combination ultrasound, respectively. The surface morphologies of nanoeomposite coatings were analyzed and the Nd2O3 content in nanocomposite coatings was measured. The corrosion resistance of Ni-Nd2O3 nanocomposite coatings was studied. The results show that combination ultrasound could increaseNd2O3 content in Ni-Nd2O3 nanocomposite coatings. Under the synergy and cavitation effect of combination ultrasound, the nanocomposite coatings have refiner grains, more compact microstmcture and exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, and show excellent corrosion resistance.
