摘要
以天然壳聚糖(CS)和海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,在CaCl2作用下,制备了壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(CS-SA)吸附剂。采用红外光谱仪对CS-SA吸附剂官能团进行表征,表明壳聚糖和海藻酸钠之间产生了静电吸引作用。以含低浓度Cr(Ⅵ)的电镀废水为处理对象,考察了CS-SA用量、吸附时间和pH值对CS-SA吸附性能的影响,同时对吸附动力学进行了研究。结果表明:当pH=6,吸附时间为120 min,CS-SA用量为0.15 g时,离子去除率最高,达到了98.86%;吸附动力学最符合拟二级动力学方程。解吸-再生实验表明,CS-SA吸附剂可以再生使用。
A new kind of chitosan-sodium alginate absorbent was prepared using natural products chitosan and sodium alginate as raw material in the presence of CaCl2. The functional groups of the CS-SA absorbent was characterized by FT-IR. The results show that chitosan and sodium alginate produce electrostatic attraction. The effects of CS-SA dosage, adsorption time and pH on adsorption property for low concentration Cr(VI) in electroplating wastewater were studied, and corresponding adsorption kinetics was investigated. The experimental results show that the adsorption rate can reaches 98.86% under the optimal conditions of dosage 0.15 g, absorption time 120 min and pH 6. The absorption kinetics accords with the pseudo-second-order equation. The desorption-regeneration experiment reveals that CS-SA adsorbent can regenerate and be reused
