天山花楸平喘胶囊的提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.Antiasthma Capsules

目的优选天山花楸平喘胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以浸膏得率、总黄酮和氰苷含量为指标,以乙醇体积分数、提取温度、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交设计法筛选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为15倍量体积分数40%乙醇,提取温度40℃,提取3次,每次1h。结论验证实验结果表明,优选出的工艺合理可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.Antiasthma Capsules.Methods The optimal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.Antiasthma Capsules was investigated by an orthogonal design with the yield of extractum and the content of total flavonoids and cyanogenetic glycoside as indexes,and the concentration of alcohol,the extract temperature,the volume of alcohol,the extracting time were used as the factors.Results The optimal extraction technique of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.Antiasthma Capsules was as follows：adding 15times amount of 40%alcohol,extract temperature at 40℃,extraction 3times,and 1hour for each time.Conclusion The verification test results show that the optimized process is reasonable and feasible.
