摘要
基于固体塞力平衡分析,建立了螺棱圆柱而螺槽渐浅及双锥螺杆的固体输送段压力、固体推进角和功率模型。定量计算或作图分析结果表明,螺槽渐浅锥形螺杆比槽深不变柱螺杆的建压能力要强;建压能力随着锥角的增大而增强,在不同轴向位置锥角对建压能力的影响不同;锥形螺杆固体塞前进角比普通平直螺杆的大,生产率高,固体输送段比功率也会降低。
Based on force solid plug-force equilibrium analyses, pressure and advancing angle as well as power models were developed for double-conical screws either with a gradually shallower channel or a constant channel. Numerical calculation showed that the conical screw channel may develop higher pressure than cylindrical screw channel, and this trend became stronger with larger conical angle. The effect of conieal angle on the pressure differed at different axial position. The conical screw possessed a larger advancing angle than the regular ones, thus resulted in a higher outnutand a reduced transporting power.
