摘要 采用不同辐照剂量(10、20、30、40 Gy)的60Coγ射线处理088、166、168三个石斛兰品种幼苗(四叶期苗),通过观测辐照对成活率、株高、假鳞茎长、叶片长、宽的影响。结果显示:半致死剂量在30~60 Gy之间,品种间存在差异;不同辐照剂量对叶片宽度影响不明显,而对株高、假鳞茎长、叶片长均有抑制作用,其中30、40 Gy的辐照剂量作用明显,但品种间有一定的差异。 The plantlet of 3 Dendrobium varieties were irradiated by of 6~Co~/-ray. The effects of irradiation on the survival rate, plant height, pseudobulb length, leaf length and breadth were analyzed. The results showed that the half lethal dose (LDso) was different among the varieties, and the half lethal dose was between 30-60 Gy. There was no obvious effect to leaf breadth for difference radiation dose, but the plant height, pseudobulb length and leaf length of Dendrobium decreased after irradiation. There was obvious inhibition, especially in 30 Gy and 40 Gy, and had difference between the varieties.
