摘要
以新台糖ROC22号为试材,对甘蔗全生育期各器官干物质积累、氮素积累和分配特征进行研究。结果表明:甘蔗随着植株的生长,其干物质积累逐渐增加,其中以茎的积累最快。整个植株的氮素积累随着植株生长不断上升,在生长稳定期达到顶峰后下降;茎中氮素的积累从拔节开始不断上升,但叶片中氮素的积累表现出先升后降。氮素在叶片的分配比例是随着植株生长而下降,而茎则相反。随着生育期的延长,氮素浓度总体呈下降趋势,但茎和根的浓度先升后降。
The changes in accumulation and partitioning of dry matter and nitrogen were investigated in each organ throughout the growing period of sugarcane variety ROC22. The results showed that the sugarcane exhibited an obvious trend of increase in the accumulation of dry matter throughout the growing period, and the highest accumulating rate was in stem. The accumulation of nitrogen in the whole plant increased from seedling stage to the late jointing stage, and then decreased. The accumulation of nitrogen in stem increased from the beginning of jointing stage, while that in leaf first rose and then fell. The partitioning ratios of nitrogen exhibited an obvious trend of increase in leaf but decrease in stem. The concentration of nitrogen exhibited an obvious trend of increase in the whole plant but first rise and then fall in stem and root.
