曼陀罗不同居群形态多样性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过田间观察和数据测定,对国内不同居群曼陀罗形态变异进行了研究。结果表明:种植在同一地区的曼陀罗不同居群间的物候期、抗逆性、种子表面纹饰均有差异。曼陀罗不同居群间的叶、茎、花等形态性状均变异丰富,变异系数变化范围为4.64%~62.24%,其中营养器官的形态较繁殖器官具有更大的遗传变异,部分繁殖器官特性在不同居群间变异也较大。根据曼陀罗形态性状数据聚类分析,可将10个居群分为3类,陕西杨凌水运中心居群与辽宁铁岭居群聚为一类;河北保定居群、陕西渭南居群、陕西临潼居群聚为一类;陕西杨凌大寨乡居群、陕西商洛居群、山东莱阳居群、陕西榆林居群、陕西凤县居群聚为一类。 Based on field investigation and experiments, the morphological variations among different populations of Darura stramonium L. in China were studied. Results showed that although planted in the same fields, the phenological phases, stress resistance and seed surface ornamentations of D. stramonium L. differed among different populations. There were always significant morphology variations of leaves, stems and flowers in different populations. Variation coefficients were ranged from 4.64% to 62.24%. And vegetative organs showed more genetic variations than reproductive organs. Nevertheless, some of the reproductive organs also exhibited significant variations. The cluster analysis of morphology indices showed that l0 populations of D. stramonium L. could be divided into 3 clusters: Shuiyun center, Yangling and Tieling, Liaoning; Baoding, Hebei, Weinan, Shaanxi and Lintong, Shaanxi; Dazhaixiang, Yangling, Shangluo, Shaanxi, Laiyang, Shandong, Yulin, Shaanxi and Fengxian, Shaanxi.
