新建本科院校培养应用型创新人才是时代发展和学校合理定位的需要,作为地方院校,新建本科院校的人才培养要以地方区域社会经济发展为导向,培养地方社会经济发展需要的人才。应用型创新人才培养要大力开展课程教学改革,把课内和课外教学相结合,以学生为中心进行课堂教学改革,加强实践教学管理,提高实践教学质量。

To cultivate innovative applied talents is the need of the development of the times and the rational positioning for the newly established undergraduate colleges. As local colleges, their talents cultivation model shall be adapted to the local social and economic developments. The innovative applied talents cultivation model should vigorously carry out the reforms in the curricula and teaching, combining the in-class teaching and out-of-class learning, implementing teaching reform with students as the center, strengthening the practice teaching management and improving the quality of practical teaching.
