苦参注射液在食管癌术后康复中的应用

Application of Kushen Injection on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨苦参注射液在食管癌术后康复中的临床疗效。方法:60例Ⅲ期食管癌术后患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予以健择联合顺铂方案化疗;试验组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液20 mL,静脉滴注,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。治疗结束后比较患者的不良反应、临床疗效、生存质量和3 a生存率。结果:试验组较对照组化疗后不良反应显著减轻、临床疗效高(P<0.05);试验组化疗后生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后3 a生存率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:苦参注射液联合健择+顺铂术后化疗方案疗效确切,能够通过降低肿瘤细胞增殖作用,抑制瘤株生长等作用明显提高临床疗效,同时能减轻化疗不良反应。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Kusheng Injection on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with e- sophageal cancer. Methods ： 60 cases of stage III esophageal cancer postoperative patients were randomly divided into the two groups. The control group was given chemotherapy regiment of gemzar plus cisplatin, and the experimental group was additionally given Kushen In- jection 20 mL on the basis of the control group. Intravenous drip, 1 time a day, 10 days for a period of treatment, a total of four courses. Toxic and side effect, clinical curative effect, life quality and three-year survival rate of patients were compared after the treatment. Re- sults ： After chemotherapy, toxic and side effect of treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the elinnieal cur- ative effect and survival quality of treatment group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparison postoperative 3-year survival rate of the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Postoperative chemotherapy of Kushen Injection combined with gemzar and cisplatin has definite curative effect. It can obviously improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the ad- verse reaction of chemotherapy through reducing tumor cell proliferation, inhibiting the growth of tumor strains, etc..
