以“三观”理念为指导全方位综合治疗癌症策略

Strategy for All-Round Comprehensive Treatment of Cancer under the Guidance of Three-Concept Idea

目的:探讨"三观"指导下全方位综合治疗癌症的策略。方法:对三观(整体观、动态观和平衡观)进行概述,探讨全方位综合治疗依据、原则和方法。结果:三观理念是结合中医学理论和笔者临床经验的总结,涵盖了整体观、动态观和平衡观等丰富的哲学理念;通过全方位综合治疗策略,动员所有的医疗资源和中医思路,运用整体调控和局部调治,贯彻三基治疗(心疗、食疗、动疗)措施,达到消除病态,恢复阴平阳秘。结论:三观理念是人类认识事物和处理事物的基本观念,可指导临床癌症的治疗。

Objective：To explore the strategy for all-round comprehensive treatment of cancer under the guidance of three-concept. Meth- ods：The basis,principle and method of all-round comprehensive treatment of cancer were discussed through summarization of the three kinds of concepts （overall concept, dynamic concept, balance concept）. Results：The idea of three-concept was combining with tradition- al Chinese medicine theory and summing up of the clinical experience of mine, which covered rich philosophy ideas such as overall con- cept, dynamic concept, balance concept and so on ; Mobilized all the medical resources and the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine through all-round comprehensive treatment strategy, and used the integral regulation and local treatment, and carried out three kinds of basic therapeutic measures to eliminate the disease and restore the relative equilibrium of yin-yang. Conclusion：The idea of three-con- cept is the basic idea of human understanding and dealing with matters ,which can guide clinical treatment of cancer.
