非处方中成药用于呼吸系统疾病的不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Reactions of Nonprescription Chinese Patent Medicine Using in Diseases of Respiratory System

目的:通过检索常用于呼吸系统的非处方中成药不良反应发生情况,为安全使用此类非处方中成药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,通过检索《药物不良反应杂志》和中国知网(CNKI)中文数据库,收集用于呼吸系统疾病的非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献,对资料进行整理和分析。结果:经上述数据库报道,有不良反应发生情况的4种中成药分别是复方甘草片、西瓜霜润喉片、蛇胆川贝液、复方草珊瑚含片。结论:虽然非处方药的特点是药效确定、相对安全、使用方便、不良反应发生几率低,但药物安全性不容忽视,也需要考虑其不良反应并合理使用。

Objective：To provide a reference for the safe use of nonprescription Chinese patent medicine by retrieving the incidence of adverse reactions of nonprescription Chinese patent medicine which used in respiratory system. Methods：Used retrospective study meth- od, and collected the related literature which reflected the adverse reactions of nonprescription Chinese patent medicine using in respira- tory system by retrieving Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and CNKI Chinese Retrieval Database, and organized and analyzed the data. Results ： Reported by above database, there are 4 pieces of Nonpreseription Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred, including fufang gancao pian,xignashuang runhou pian, shedan ehuanbei mixture, fufang caoshanhu buccal tablet. Conclusion：Although the characteris- tics of non-prescription drugs are clear efficacy, relative safety, convenience, low toxicity and low probability of adverse events, but drug＇ s safety can not be ignored and we also need to consider the adverse reactions and reasonable use.
