心得宁口服液对小鼠常压及减压耐缺氧时间的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨心得宁口服液对小鼠常压耐缺氧时间及减压耐缺氧时间的影响。方法:取体质量18~21g小鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为生理盐水组、芪苈强心胶囊组、心得宁口服液大剂量组、心得宁口服液中剂量组、心得宁口服液小剂量组5组。生理盐水组灌服生理盐水;芪苈强心胶囊组灌服芪苈强心胶囊混悬液(为临床用量的15倍,0.9gkg1,30gL1);心得宁口服液大剂量组、心得宁口服液中剂量组、心得宁口服液小剂量组分别灌服大、中、小剂量心得宁口服液(分别为临床用量的30倍、15倍、7.5倍,即30mLkg1、15mLkg1、7.5mLkg1)。灌胃量均为3mLg1;每天给药1次,连续给药7d。于第7天灌胃给药1h(禁食12h),将小鼠放入盛有10g钠石灰的125mL磨口广口瓶中(每瓶1只),瓶口涂凡士林密封,用秒表记录每只小鼠从瓶口密封到死亡的时间,以呼吸停止为小鼠死亡指标,观察记录小鼠存活时间。结果:心得宁口服液组和芪苈强心胶囊组均可明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(P〈0.05)。均可显著延长小鼠减压耐缺氧时间(P〈0.01)。结论:心得宁口服液对心肌有好的耐缺氧作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Practo]ol Oral Liquid on mice bearing hypoxia time at normal pressure and decompres- sion hypoxia tolerance time. Methods:Selection 60 mice with weight of 18 -21 g, half male and half female,were randomly divided into 5 groups, the physiological saline group, the qili qiangxin capsule group, practolol oral liquid in the high-dose group, practolol oral liquid in the middle-dose group and praetolol oral liquid in the low-dose group. The physiological saline group was given normal saline, the qili qiangxin capsule group was given qili qiangxin capsule suspension( 15 times of clinical dosage,0.9 g ~ kg-1,0.03 g ~ mL-1 ). Praetolol oral liquid in the high-dose group, praetolol oral liquid in the middle-dose group and praetolol oral liquid in the low-dose group were fed with large ,medium and small dose of practolol oral liquid respectively( respectively 30 times, 15 times and 7.5 times of clinical dosage, namely,30 mL ~ kg-1 ,15 mL ~ kg-1 ,7.5 mL ~ kg-l ). Gastric volume all were 0.3 mL/10 g;Administration one time a clay,continu- ous administration 7 days. On the seventh day, intragastric administration for one hour (fasting 12 hours ) , then put the mice in the 125 paL grinding wide-mouth bottle which filled with 10 g sodium lime (one mouse every bottle), and the bottleneck was sealed with vas- eline. Recorded the time of every mice from bottle seal to death with a stopwatch, and stopping breathing as the death index of mice, and observed and recorded the survival time of mice. Results : The practolol oral liquid group and the qili qiangxin capsule group could sig- nificantly prolong the hypoxia tolerance time of mice at normal pressure( P 〈 0.05 ), and significantly prolong the decompression hypoxia tolerance time(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:PractololOral Liquid has good resistance to hypoxia on myocardial.
