妊娠中晚期胎儿异常诊疗思路探讨

Discussion on Fetal Anomaly Diagnosis and Treatment Ideas in the Middle-Late Period of Pregnancy

目的:探讨妊娠中晚期胎儿异常诊疗的治疗思路。方法:分析妊娠中晚期胎儿异常的病因病机,并结合笔者多年临床研究。结果:通过对妊娠中晚期胎儿异常的病因病机进行分析认为,妊娠中晚期胎儿异常主要与胎儿脏腑功能失调和母体环境关系密切。治疗提出母子同身论和五脏之中重在脾、肾的方法。结论:中晚期胎儿异常的治疗重点是胎儿而不是母体,但治疗胎儿疾病离不开母体,只有通过对母体的治疗才能达到治疗胎儿的目的。

Objective：To investigate the fetal anomaly diagnosis and treatment methods in the middle-late period of pregnancy. Methods： Analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of fetal anomaly in the middle-late period of pregnancy, and combined with many years clinical researches of mine. Results ：The disease was mainly closely related to fetal viscera dysfunction and maternal environment based on the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of fetal anomaly in the middle-late period of pregnancy. Treatment was proposed the theory of mother and son with the same body and five organs promoting simultaneously, focusing on the treatment of spleen and kidney. Conclu- sion ： The key of treatment of fetal anomaly in the middle-late period of pregnancy is the fetus,rather than the maternal, but treatment of fetal diseases can＇t leave the maternal, and only through maternal circulation can achieve the goal of treatment of the fetus.
