关于病、证、症规范化研究的思考

Thinking about Standardization Research of Disease,Syndrome and Symptom

目的:探讨病、证、症规范化研究的思路。方法:通过比较中西医的不同点,分析病、证、症规范化研究所存在的问题。结果:证的规范化研究应注重实用性和症信息的多维性,中医疾病的命名存在着实质问题。症、证、病的规范化研究涉及问题较多、研究较大。结论:病、证、症规的范化研究应在中医整体观的辨证理论体系指导下,总体设计,逐步实施,才能走上规范化道路。

Objective ： To study the thinking of standardization research of disease, syndrome and symptom. Methods ： Analyzed the prob- lems that existed in standardization research of disease, syndrome and symptom by comparing the differences between Chinese and west- ern medicine. Results ： Standardization research of syndrome should focus on practicability, and multidimensional nature of the symptom information,and the nomenclature of TCM disease existed real problems. The standardization research of the disease, syndrome and symptom involved many problems, and broad study. Conclusion：Standardization research of disease, syndrome and symptom should be under the guidance of system of syndrome differentiation theory of TCM overall concept,overall design, implementation step by step, and then step on the road of standardization.
