中西医结合治疗脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Study on Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组用脑细胞保护剂、扩张脑血管、改善脑循环药物、抗血小板药物、降血压、降血脂、降血糖等药物对症治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,给予中医辨证治疗及针灸治疗。治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗1个月后治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为75%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 40 cases. The treatment group was treated with combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and the control group was given symptomatic treatment drugs, such as brain cell protective agent, expansion of cerebrovascular, improvement cerebral circulation drugs, antiplatelet drugs, antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs, antidiabetic drugs. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and acupuncture treatment. The curative effect was observed after one course of treatment. Results：After 1 month of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 90%, the control group was 75%, and comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine treatment of cerebral infarction has distinct curative effect.
