中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Lupus Nephritis

目的:观察中西药联合治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组39例和对照组35例。对照组接受泼尼松龙和环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合犀角地黄汤中医辨证治疗。两组治疗3个月后进行疗效比较。结果:两组治疗前后尿蛋白、血肌酐、血沉、尿素氮组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的上述指标优于对照组。治疗组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为75.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西药联合治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效显著。

Objective ： To explore the clinical curative effect of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods ：74 patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given prednisone and cyclophosphamide,and the control group was additionally treated with xijiao dihuang tang on the basis of the con- trol group. 3 months after treatment, curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results ： Urinary protein, serum creatinine, blood sedimentation and urea nitrogen of the two groups before treatment compared with that of the two groups after treatment showed that the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05） ,and the indexes of the treatment group after treatment were better than the control group ; The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3 %, and the control group was 75.0%, comparison of the effective rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistical significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined traditional Chinese and western med- icine treatment of lupus nephritis has significant effect.
