百合固金汤治疗阴虚证便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baihe Gujin Decoction Treatment of Yin Deficiency Syndrome Constipation

目的：观察百合固金汤治疗阴虚证便秘的临床疗效。方法：37例阴虚型便秘患者均采用百合固金汤（方药组成：桔梗12g,玄参10g,生甘草6g,贝母9g,生地12g,白芍10g,当归10g,熟地黄12g,麦冬10g,百合12g）治疗,患者在服药期间,严禁使用其他泻下药。10d为1个疗程,水煎服,每日1剂,分3次温服。治疗2~6个疗程。结果：痊愈14例,占37.84%;显效17例,占45.95%;有效4例,占10.81%;无效2例,占5.41%,有效率94.59%。结论：百合固金汤治疗阴虚证便秘疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction treatment of yin deficiency syndrome constipation. Methods：37 patients with yin deficiency type constipation all were treated with Baihe Gujin Decoction （platycodon grandiflorum 12 g, figwort 10 g,radix glyeyrrhizae 6 g,fritillaria 9 g,radix rehmanniae reeen 12 g,radix paeoniae alba 10 g,angelica 10 g,radix rehmanniae 12 g,ophiopogon japonicus 10 g,Lilium 12 g）. During taking the drugs for treatment,the patients were strictly prohibited to use other diarrhea remedy. Water decoction, one dose a day, 10 days for a period of treatment,warm-taken decoction at three times and treatment for 2 -6 courses. Results：14 cases were cured,accounting for 37.84% ;17 cases were excellent,accounting for 45.95% ;4 cases were effective, accounting for 10.81% ;2 cases were ineffective, accounted for 5.41% , and the effective rate was 94.59%. Conclusion ： Baihe Gujin Decoction treatment of yin deficiency syndrome constipation has significant curative effect.
