透灸法配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Transdermal Moxibustion Therapy and Acupunture Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:观察透灸法配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:针刺腰阳关、命门、肾俞、夹脊穴使得气,将艾灸箱放在针刺部位施灸,以患者局部皮肤均匀潮红、汗出为度。每日1次,每周连续治疗5次,1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治愈20例,显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,有效率为96.7%;结论:透灸法配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者的腰部疼痛症状,改善患者腿部疼痛、麻木、放射痛,从而达到治疗腰椎间盘突出症的目的。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of transdermal moxibustion therapy and acupunture treatment of lumbar inter- vertebral disc protrusion. Methods ： Acupuncture acupoints of Yaoyangguan, Mingmen, Shenshu, Jiaji with quick cure effect, and moxi- bustion the acupuncture parts by moxibustion box, until the local skin of patients was flushing evenly, sweating out. One time a day, con- tinuous treatment for 5 times per week, one week for a period of treatment, and continuous treatment of two courses. Results ： 20 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate was 96.7%. Con- elusion：Transdermal moxibustion therapy and aeupunture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has good clinical curative effect, which can significantly improve the patients＇ waist pain symptoms, improve leg pain, numbness and pain of radiation of patients, thus achieve the aim of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
