Clinical Study on Acupuncture Treatment of Migraine without Aura

目的:探讨针灸治疗无先兆性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将122例无先兆性偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组60例,治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组给予西药治疗。治疗后1个月及6个月随访,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗1个月后疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在6个月后随访时发现两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗偏头痛近期疗效和西药无明显差异,但远期疗效明显优于西药。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment of migraine without aura. Methods ：122 cases of patients with mi- graine without aura were randomly divided into the treatment group of 62 cases and the control group of 60 cases. The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment,and the control group was given western medicine treatment. Follow-up after 1 month and 6-month of treatment, and compared the curative effect of the two groups. Results： Comparison of the curative effect after one month of treatment of the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）, but follow-up after 6 months of treatment,it found that the difference of curative effect of the two groups was significant statistical significance（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture treat- ment of migraine has no obvious difference between western medicine in the short-term curative effect, but long-term curative effect of acupuncture is superior to western medicine.
