针灸拔罐治疗风湿性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Cupping Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探讨针灸拔罐治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将135例风湿性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用抗生素治疗。观察组采用针灸拔罐的方式进行治疗。针灸主要采用患部加辨证取穴的方法,主穴为关元、气海、合谷、肾俞、肝俞、足三里、脾俞。结果:观察组有效率为95.52%,对照组有效率为86.76%。观察组有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针灸拔罐对风湿性关节炎有很好的治疗效果,对临床症状有明显的缓解作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture cupping treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 135 pa- tients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-inflammatory drugs. The observation group was given acupuncture cupping treatment, and not taking anti-inflam- matory drugs. Acupuncture and moxibustion adopted the method of acupoint selection based on affected part and syndrome differentia- tion, and the main points were Guanyuan, Qihai, Hegu, Shenshu, Ganshu, Zusanli, Pishu. Results ： Effective rate of the observation group was 95.52% ,and the control group was 86.76% ,comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture cupping treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has good effect and significant alleviation of clinical symptoms.
