“代建制”在某水电站复建公路建设中的应用

Application of ‘Agent Construction System'in Construction of A Hydropower Station Redevelopment Highway

目前,水电站蓄水造成的公路、集镇等淹没复建项目一般由地方政府负责进行。但是大型水电站涉及的复建工程投资规模巨大、工期紧张,为保证复建工程不成为电站蓄水发电的制约因素,在某流域梯级大型水电站库区复建工程中,项目业主采取"代建制"对建设难度大的公路项目进行了复建,通过科学合理的组织实施,很好地保证了电站的按期蓄水发电。本文对此加以介绍。

Local government is generally responsible for redeveloping highway,towns,etc.due to hydropower water accumulation currently.However,the redevelopment project of large-scale hydropower station is characterized by huge investment and tight duration,the project owner redevelops the highway with larger construction difficulty by ＇Agent Construction System ＇ in order to prevent redevelopment project from becoming limit factor of hydropower station water accumulation power generation.Water accumulation and power generation of the hydropower station are well guaranteed through scientific and rational organization and implementation,and it is described in the paper.
