在水利工程建设项目中,概预算属于政策性要求比较高的技术经济型工作。随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,概预算在费用、编制方法和内容方面也发生了非常大的变化,而且水利工程还具有施工时间长、技术繁杂等特点,因此提高概预算质量对工程造价的控制有着非常重要的作用。基于此本文对水利工程概预算和工程造价的控制进行探讨。

Estimates belong to technical economic work with higher policy requirements in the water conservancy construction project.Estimates are greatly changed in the aspects of cost,preparation method and contents with continuous deepening of economic reform in China,in addition,water conservancy project is also characterized by long construction duration,technical complexity,etc.,thereby improvement of estimate quality is very important for controlling project cost.Water conservancy estimates and project cost control are discussed in the paper on the basis.
