摘要
基于光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)、集磁环和超磁致伸缩材料(GMM),提出了一种集磁环式光纤光栅电流传感器。用有限元方法仿真和实验测量的方法分析了集磁环气隙间磁场的分布特性。实验研究表明:该电流传感器有极好的线性度和较高的测量精度,灵敏度可达为6 mA/nm。
A kind of fiber grating current sensor is proposed based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG), ferromagnetic ring and giant magnetostrictive materials ( GMM ). The magnetic field distribution characteristic of the air gap of ferromagnetic ring is analyzed by using finite element method and experimental measurement methods. Experimental investigation shows that the current sensor has excellent linearity and high precision of measurement, the sensitivity can reach 6 mA/nm.
