基于霍尔效应的机械微振动量检测系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了一种机械振动量检测电路的设计方案。系统以C8051F310为控制核心,通过线性霍尔传感器将微振动量信号转换成电压信号。采用三级带通滤波放大电路对信号进行处理并送入微处理器。通过RS—485将现场采集到的数据在监控PC机上实时显示和处理,从而获得振动量的详细信息。实验结果表明:该系统的测量精度较高,振动量幅值与频率误差小,实现了预期的功能。 A kind of design scheme of mechanical vibration detection system is introduced. This system is centered C8051F310 as control core. Through linear Hall sensor, micro vibration signal is transformed into voltage signal. It adopts triple level band-pass filtering and amplification circuit to process signal and sent to micro controller. Collect data on site are real-time displayed and processed on monitoring PC through RS-485. Thus, it can get detail information of mechanical vibration. The experimental results show that the system has high precision vibration amplitude and frequency error is small and desired function is achieved.
