摘要
红外图像探测器成像质量的好坏是评价传感器质量的重要指标,对成像效果的直观观察能对图像探测器的设计起到指导作用。设计一种成像评估实验系统,实现对红外图像探测器的成像质量进行直观评估。该系统是基于LabVIEW软件开发的PC—DAQ虚拟仪器系统,系统分为硬件、软件两部分。硬件平台由图像探测器、外部驱动电路、PCI—6115数据采集卡以及PC构成。软件设计包括对采集卡的控制,图像的变换、增强处理以及图像的显示。通过成像实验验证了系统的可行性,该系统可以采集图像探测器输出信号,并转换处理为可见光图像,让开发人员直观观察传感器真实的成像效果,对器件的修改与设计有重要的参考价值。
Imaging quality is a key factor to evaluate the quality of infrared image detector,which can direct the sensor design through direct observation of imaging effect. The goal of this research is to design a kind of imaging evaluation experimental system through which the imaging quality of IR image detector can be evaluated directly. It is a PC-DAQ virtual instrument system based on LabVIEW, the system is composed of hardware and software. The hardware platform is made up of imaging detector, external driving circuit, PCI-6115 data acquisition card and PC. The software part is made up of acquisition card control, image transformation, enhancement and display. The feasibility of system is validated through imaging experiments, it can acquire output signal of image detector and transform and process to visible light image, through which developers can observe real imaging effect, and this can provide important reference value for device modification and design.
