摘要 针对现有监测系统存在的功能单一、灵活性不强等不足,基于无线传感器网络,以STM32F103微处理器为计算处理核心,设计了一种组网灵活的多参数车间状态监测系统。该系统能够对车间内的环境温度、湿度、气压和设备震动、运动、倾斜等参数进行数据采集,并将数据无线发送给监测中心,实现远程实时监测。在实现功能的前提下,重点进行低功耗设计。测试结果表明:系统数据包传输率在90%以上,温度测量误差小于0.7℃,功耗低,能长时间稳定、准确地监测环境信息。 Aiming at simple functionality and lack of flexibility of existing monitoring system, a multi-parameter factory state monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is designed using STM32F103 microprocessor as core of computation and processing. The system is able to collect parameters including temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and equipment vibration, movement, tilt, and datas are transmitted by wireless network to the monitoring center, so real-time remote monitoring is realized. Low power consumption design is emphasized consideration. Test results show that data packets transmission rate of the system is over 90 % ,temperature measurement error is less than 0.7 ℃, power consumption is low and it can accurately and stablely monitor environmental information for a long time.
