电池储能系统可靠性建模及其对配电系统可靠性的影响 被引量:19

摘要 储能系统的可靠性和运行策略对接入电力系统的可靠性有着重要影响,基于此背景,在分析并网储能系统物理结构的基础上,运用状态空间法建立电池储能系统的可靠性模型,并获得其等效可靠性参数。采用可靠性评估软件RAMSES,对电池储能系统在配电系统中的不同配置方案进行可靠性评估。对电池储能系统工作在充电和放电模式下接入配电系统的可靠性进行综合分析,结论表明储能系统对配电系统可靠性的影响与接入区域负载率、接入母线可靠性等因素有关。在最优配置下,储能系统能较大提高配电系统可靠性。 The reliability and operation strategy of battery energy storage system (BESS) are important to the reliability of power system. Based on analyzing the structure of two-stage grid-connected BESS, the reliability model of grid-connected BESS is established using the state space method. Then the reliability indices of BESS can be acquired. Reliability evaluation is made on a distribution system by using the software kits RAMSES, while allocating BESS in different conditions. Integrated analysis of the reliability of BESS accessing the distribution system in charge and discharge modes shows that the reliability effect of BESS is related to such factors as the load rate of the area which BESS is connected to, the reliability of the connected bus, and so on. When in the optimal allocation, BESS can improve the reliability of distribution system significantly.
