摘要
用间接模拟的实验方法 ,对 74 75-T761铝合金材料在 3.5% Na Cl溶液中的变形与腐蚀电流的关系进行了研究 ;然后结合局部应变法 ,对 74 75-T761铝合金 /3.5% Na Cl溶液体系腐蚀疲劳裂纹形成过程中环境(阳极溶解 )对试件缺口根部的腐蚀量进行了计算 。
In the indirect experimentation way, the simulative research about the relation between strain\|corrosive current of 7475\|T761 aluminum in 3.5% NaCl solution is carried out in the paper. Then, in addition to the local strain way, the erosion of environment anode solution during corrosive fatigue crack initiation is quantitatively calculated. At last, according to the result of calculations, the paper analyzes the role of anode solution during corrosive fatigue crack initiation. The quantitative calculations and analysis of anode solution during corrosive fatigue crack initiation in the paper are very valuable to research the corrosive fatigue mechanism of certain materials under certain environments, and supply the important reference to analyze the environmental factors of corrosive fatigue.
