国际直接投资(FDI)改变了生产的国家性质和国际贸易的流量与流向,形成世界经济运行机制的历史性变化。投资跨国化从而生产一体化的意义超越了贸易自由化,是形成全球化经济更重要更深刻的原因。FDI在全球化经济中的影响决定了仅用传统国际贸易理论已不能充分解释和分析全球化经济。生产要素的国际流动改变了世界经济的运行机制与结构特征,可以要素流动理论为基础形成理论体系并探索发展战略。以中国为代表的新兴经济体的发展路径展现了全球化经济的运行特征。借鉴西方经济学分析体系,从基础理论建设出发系统剖析全球化经济的运行机制,建立世界经济学新的分析体系已成为可能。

The international direct investment changes the national origins of production and the volume and direction of international trade flows,thus bringing historic changes to the operational mechanism of the world economy.Cross-border investment and the ensuing integration of production are more important and essential than trade liberalization in forming the globalized economy.The influence of international direct investment in economic globalization means the traditional international trade theories are already inadequate in fully interpreting and analyzing the globalized economy.Theinternational flow of production factors has changed the operational mechanism and structural characteristics of the world economy.A new theoretical system can be built on the theory of production factor flow and,based on that,a new development strategy can be developed.The operational mechanism of the world economy can be reflected in the development tracks of the emerging-market economies,represented by China.It has become possible to start from basic theoretical construction to systematically analyze the operational mechanism of the globalized economy and build a new analysis system for world economics based on the analytical system of the western micro-and macro-economics.
