摘要
为生产Y25转向架用下心盘铸钢件,确定采用酯硬化水玻璃砂造型工艺,介绍了酯硬化水玻璃砂造型生产线的主要性能指标;根据下心盘铸件结构和技术要求进行了工艺分析,对比了两种不同工艺方案,制定了具体工艺参数,对采用的铸件工艺进行了流场和凝固模拟以及定量缩孔分析。经生产工艺验证,在酯硬化造型线上生产的Y25转向架下心盘已通过各项检查,可满足技术要求,并批量生产,装车使用。
The ester cured sodium silicate sand molding process was used to produce truck center plate for Y25 bogie. The main performance index of molding line with ester cured sodium silicate sand was recommended. The casting process was analyzed on the casting structure and technical requirements of truck center plate, the different process plans were contrasted, and the detailed technical parameters were established. The flow field and solidification simulation and shrinkage quantitative analysis for casting process were made. The production and process validation shows that the truck center plates for Y25 bogie produced in ester cured sodium silicate sand molding line have passed all inspections, which can conform to process requirements. The castings have been in quantity production to install on trucks.
