铝合金缸盖皮下气孔的分析与解决

摘要 为探寻重力铸造铝合金缸盖皮下气孔缺陷发生的原因,利用质量分析法和模流软件,结合现场生产实际情况,从人、机、料、法、环等方面分析了缸盖皮下气孔缺陷的影响因素,明确了模具排气通道不够及未设置主动抽气装置、砂芯吸潮是主要影响因素,提出了针对性的预防措施,并增设了缸盖毛坯皮下气孔检测仪器,从而使铝合金缸盖皮下气孔缺陷得到了有效控制。 To explore the reasons for subsurface blowhole of aluminum alloy cylinder head by gravity casting, the quality method and mold flow software combined with the actual production situation was used to analyze the influencing factors for subsurface blowhole of cylinder head from the aspects of personnel, machine, material, method and surroundings. The main influencing factors were insufficient exhaust passage and lack of active air extractor in metal mold and moisture absorption of sand cores. The corresponding prevention measures were put forward, and the instrument to test subsurface blowhole in the cylinder head blank was set up. Thus the subsurface blowhole of aluminum alloy cylinder head is controlled effectively.
