摘要
为降低4110缸盖的渗漏率,分析了缸盖渗漏产生的原因。根据均衡凝固原理,局部增大内冷铁激冷面积,改善其激冷效果;通过改进和优化浇注系统,改善铁水流动的稳定性,防止浇注过程中的氧化渣进入型腔。生产实践表明,采取的针对性工艺改进措施能有效解决4110缸盖的渗漏问题。
In order to reduce the rate of leakage for 4110 cylinder head, the reasons for leaking cylinder head were analyzed. The partial chilling area was increased to improve the quenching effect under the principle of equilibrium solidification. The stability of flowing molten iron was improved and the oxidizing slag was prevented into mold cavity in pouring process by improving and optimizing the gating system. The production practice shows that the leakage for 4110 cylinder head is solved effectively by process improvement measures.
