经椎间孔注射皮质类固醇误入血管的不良反应
摘要
硬膜外皮质类同醇注射常用于治疗由椎管狭窄或椎间盘突出引起的神经根性疼痛。按照进入硬膜外腔的不同径路分为硬膜外后正中法（interlaminar）、骶管法（caudal）和经椎间孔法（transforaminal）。与其他方法相比，经椎间孔法具有目标明确、注射容积小、注射点接近背根神经节以及更容易使药液扩散至腹侧神经根等优点。
