TopoⅡ、P-cadherin、Caveolin-1及Bmi-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨TopoⅡ、P-cadherin、Caveolin-1及Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:回顾性分析经证实的312例女性乳腺癌病理资料,应用免疫组化检测乳腺癌组织中的TopoⅡ、P-cadherin、Caveolin-1及Bmi-1蛋白的表达。结果:在312例乳腺癌中,TopoⅡ、P-cadherin、Caveolin-1及Bmi-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为87.18%(272/312)、41.67%(130/312)、57.05%(178/312)、75.64%(236/312)。TopoⅡ表达与组织学分级、淋巴结是否转移、临床TNM分期有显著关系(P<0.05);P-cadherin表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、淋巴结是否转移、临床TNM分期、ER、PR及HER2均有关系(P<0.05);Caveolin-1表达与淋巴结是否转移、临床TNM分期以及HER2表达有显著的相关性(P<0.05);Bmi-1蛋白表达与临床TNM分期升高和淋巴结是否转移具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TopoⅡ、P-cadherin、Caveolin-1及Bmi-1蛋白的检测对乳腺癌的预后以及选择化疗方案有重要的指导意义。
