维生素AD滴剂对预防婴儿臀红的效果研究

Study on preventive effect of concentrated vitamin AD drop on red breech of infants

目的:探讨浓缩维生素AD滴剂对预防婴儿臀红的作用。方法:将100例住院无臀红患儿随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例,对照组采用常规的护理,观察组在此基础上应用浓缩维生素AD滴剂进行臀部外涂预防臀红,并进行效果评价。结果:观察组5天臀红发生率为4.00%;而对照组5天臀红发生率为20.00%。观察组臀红发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浓缩维生素AD滴剂预防婴儿臀红易被小儿接受,效果显著,且安全、经济实用、方法简便,是预防婴儿臀红的有效方法。

Objective： To explore the preventive effect of concentrated vitamin AD drop on red breech of infants. Methods： One hundred hospitalized infants without red breech were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 infants in each group. The infants in control group were treated with conventional nursing, while the infants in observation group were treated with hip application of concentrated vitamin AD drop based on conventional nursing; the effects in the two groups were evaluated. Results： The incidence rates of red breech on the fifty day in observation group and control group were 4. 00% and 20. 00% , respectively. The incidence rate of red breech in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Concentrated vitamin AD drop is easily to be accepted by the infants to prevent red breech, and the effect is dominant; the method is safe, economical, practical, and sim- ple, which is a good method to prevent red breech in infants.
