重庆市某自治县婴幼儿喂养人知信行调查 被引量:9

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice of infants' fosters in an autonomous country of Chongqing city

摘要 目的:了解重庆市某自治县喂养人关于0~2岁婴幼儿喂养的知识、态度与行为(KAP)现状及其影响因素,为开展营养教育工作提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样法从某自治县的7个社区和8个乡镇中选取606名调查对象进行婴幼儿喂养KAP调查。调查数据录入Epidata3.1数据库,采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果:喂养知识、态度、行为得分分别为(10.32±2.18)分、(7.50±1.02)分和(3.51±2.02)分。喂养知识的知晓率为60.71%,母乳营养成分和喂养好处的知晓率均低于10%。超过90%的调查对象赞成母乳喂养且表示有信心。4月龄内纯母乳喂养率为64.85%,6月龄内纯母乳喂养率为37.79%。影响喂养KAP的因素主要有监护人的年龄、家庭身份、文化水平等。结论:该自治县婴幼儿喂养态度较好,但喂养知识和行为有待改善。应在继续倡导母乳喂养的基础上,加强科学喂养知识的宣传,形成正确的喂养行为。 Objective: To understand the current situations and influencing factors of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of fosters of 0 - 2 - year - old infants in an autonomous country of Chongqing city, provide scientific basis for conducting nutritional education work. Methods: A total of 606 fosters of infants were selected from seven communities and eight villages and towns from an autonomous county of Chongqing city by multi - stage stratified sampling method, then KAP investigation was performed. The data were typed into Epidata 3.1 database, SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: KAP scores of feeding were ( 10. 32 ±2. 18), (7. 50 ±1.02), and (3.51 ±2. 02), respectively. The awareness rate of feeding knowledge was 60. 71%, the awareness rates of nutritional ingredients and advantages of breastfeeding were less than 10%. More than 90% of the respondents favored breastfeeding and had confidence. The pure breasffeeding rates of infants within 4 months and within 6 months were 64. 85% and 37.79%, respectively. The influencing factors of feeding KAP of fosters included age, family status, and educational level. Conclusion: Publicity about scientific feeding knowledge should be enhanced based on further advocation of breastfeeding to develop correct feeding practice.
