ICAM-3蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

Expression and clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule- 3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:研究宫颈鳞癌组织中细胞间粘附分子(intercellular cell adhesion molecule,ICAM)-3的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测45例宫颈鳞癌组织、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasm,CIN)组织及15例宫颈正常组织中ICAM-3蛋白的表达,分析ICAM-3在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况以及ICAM-3与宫颈鳞癌患者临床分期、肿瘤直径、组织学分级及淋巴结转移的关系。结果:宫颈鳞癌组织中ICAM-3阳性表达率为71.1%(32/45),显著高于其在正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率6.0%(1/15)及在CINⅡ-Ⅲ组中的阳性表达率40.0%(12/30);ICAM-3在有淋巴结转移组阳性表达率为87.0%(20/23),高于无淋巴结转移组54.5%(12/22);在不同分化程度的癌组织中其阳性率也有一定差异,Ⅰ级与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:ICAM-3蛋白高表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective: To research the expression and clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule -3 (ICAM -3 ) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue. Methods : Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of ICAM - 3 in specimens of 45 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 30 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) , and 15 cases with normal cervical squamous cell epithelium. The expression levels of ICAM - 3 in different cervical tissues and its relationship with clinical stages, tumor diameter, histological grades, and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of ICAM -3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 71.1% (32/45), which was significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue (6. 0%, 1/15 ) and CIN Ⅱ - m (40 0%, 12/30); the positive expression rate of ICAM -3 in lymph node metastasis group was 87. 0% (20/23), which was significantly higher than that in non -lymph node metastasis group (54. 5%, 12/22) ; there was statistically significant difference in positive expression rate of ICAM - 3 among cervical squamous cell carcinoma of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion : The up - regulation of ICAM - 3 protein is closely correlated with occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
