微电解法去除生活污水中磷的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用微电解法处理含磷生活污水。以铁、碳为电极,采用正交试验设计,考察污水pH、进水磷质量浓度、水力停留时间、运行时间和铁炭比对污水中总磷去除效果的影响。在正交试验结果的基础上,对以上5个因素进行单因素试验。结果表明,以上5个因素对除磷效果均有影响,各因素对污水中磷的去除率的影响程度依次为:pH>运行时间>铁炭比>进水磷浓度>水力停留时间。除磷优选条件:pH=4,进水磷质量浓度16 mg/L,水力停留时间60min,铁炭体积比为2:1,运行时间20 min,总磷的去除率达到88%。 The method of micro-electrolysis was adopted in the experiment to dispose of domestic sewage with phosphorus. Iron and carbon were used as electrodes and five factors including pH ofwastewater, influent phosphorus concentration, hydraulic retention time, sampling time as well as iron-carbon ratio for orthogonal experiment were studied. On this basis, these five factors were taken for single factor test. The results showed that these five factors all had an effect on the phosphorus removal efficiency, and the degree of these factors followed the sequence ofpH〉 contact time〉 iron-carbon ratio〉 influent phosphorus concentration〉 hydraulic retention time. Experimental results showed that under the condition of influent phosphorus concentration of 16 mg/L, contact time of 20 min, hydraulic retention time of 60 min, pH value 4, the volume of iron-carbon ratio of 2:1, the removal rate of phosphate could reach 88%.
