摘要
本研究依据对综合英语课程教学团队的在线问卷调查数据,对团队工作进行了团队、团员、自我三个层面的综合评价;对有助于团队成员建立信任感、激励团队成员有效工作、有利于形成团队凝聚力以及影响团队工作进度和绩效等因素进行了对比分析;对建议文本编码进行概念抽取,获得了科研与培训、沟通与协作、机制与政策、总结与反思四个范畴的建议;并运用I-P-O模型对虚拟环境中的课程教学团队运作在投入、过程、产出方面所面临的挑战提出了进一步的探讨。
Based on an online questionnaire survey, this study focuses on an English course delivery team's operation in two years, evaluating the team's performance at different levels: the team level, the team member level and personal level. Comparative analysis is conducted about four groups of factors: those contributing to trust establishment among the team members, those inspiring the team members to work effectively, those facilitating the team cohesion and those affecting the team work progress/performance.Encoding the text in the suggestions made by the team members helps extract concepts showing that suggestions are concentrated on four aspects: research and training, communication and collaboration,mechanisms and policies, summary and introspection. Future challenges are discussed for virtual teams' further operation in terms of input, process and output.
