急性脑梗死应用长春西汀治疗效果的临床观察

Observation on the curative effects of vinpocetine in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨对急性脑梗死患者采用长春西汀注射液进行治疗的效果。方法:选取在我院就诊的急性脑梗死患者91例作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46),对照组患者采用曲可芦丁注射液进行治疗,观察组患者采用长春西汀进行治疗,两组患者均治疗2周,对比分析两组患者治疗前后日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分、红细胞刚性指数及血黏度的改变情况。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后日常生活能力评分明显升高(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分、血黏度明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗后日常生活能力评分及红细胞刚性指数明显升高(P<0.05),神经功能缺损评分和血黏度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性脑梗死患者采用长春西汀进行治疗,能明显改善患者日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分、红细胞刚性指数及血黏度,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical curative effects of vinpocetine in patients with acute cerebral infarction. METH- ODS A total of 91 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled into this study in our hospital. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by the means of double-blind method： the control group （n = 45） and the observed group 07 = 46）. The patiems of the control group were given with troxerutin treatment. And the patients of the observed group were given with vinpocetlne treatment. The following parameters of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed： the daily life activities ability score, the nerve function defect grades, ESR, the erythrocyte rigidity index and the blood＇s viscosity. RESULTS Compared with those patients before treatment, the daily life activities ability scores of the two groups were significantly higher, and the nerve function defect grades, ESR, and the blood＇s viscosity were significantly lower. Compared with the patients of the control group, the daily life activities ability scores and the erythrocyte rigidity index of the observed group were significantly higher, and the nerve function defect grades, ESR, and the blood＇s viscosity were significant ly lower. CONCLUSION For the patients with acute cerebral infarction, the vinpocetine treatment can significantly improve the daily life activities ability scores, the nerve function defect grades, ESR, the erythrocyte rigidity index and the blood＇s vis cosity. So it deserves its widely use in clinical decisions.
