基于安全稳定性的交直流电网时序优化模糊建模

摘要 中国的能源布局特点及经济发展形势,决定了交直流混合电网是中国未来电网建设的必然趋势,而大规模的交直流混合运行,将给电力系统的安全稳定性带来潜在的风险。基于此,文中从建设时序优化的角度探讨了交直流匹配规划的建模方法,将短路比作为衡量大电网交直流建设匹配合理性的指标和方法,并将该指标经模糊处理后以安全稳定费用的形式引入目标函数,同时考虑交直流线路时序建设的各项投建和运行约束,建立了考虑交直流建设安全稳定性的大电网时序优化模型。利用新英格兰10机39节点系统作为测试系统,结果表明所提模型能够在保证电网整体运行安全稳定性的前提下,有效处理交直流线路投建时序的匹配性,具有较好的实用价值。 According to the characteristics of energy distribution and economic development in China, the AC-DC hybrid power grid is an inevitable trend of the future power grid construction. However, combined running of a large-scale AC-DC power grid will bring potential risks to the security and stability of the power system. Based on this, the AC-DC match planning method is discussed from the angle of constructing timing optimization. The short circuit ratio is taken as an indicator and a method of measuring the rationality o{ large-scale AC-DC matching and the indicator is introduced into the objective {unction in the form of security and stability cost after its obfuscation. Meanwhile, in view of various construction and operation constraints of the hybrid grid, an AC-DC timing optimization model is developed by considering stability and economy at once. A New England 10-machine 39-node power system is used as the test system, the results showing that the proposed model is able to cope with the timing of the AC and DC line construction effectively on the premise that the security and stability of the grid will be ensured.
