摘要
刚玉空心球混凝土是一种新型混凝土材料,目前关于刚玉球混凝土的制备以及静态力学性能的的研究还没有出现,属于探索性研究。配制体积掺量分别为0、30%、40%、50%的刚玉空心球混凝土,并测试标准养护28 d后静态抗压强度。结果表明:轻质刚玉空心球混凝土抗压强度随掺量的增长而降低,但强度随掺量增加降低幅度不大。通过对轻质刚玉空心球混凝土应力-应变全曲线进行分析、计算,得到相应的力学性能指标。结果表明:轻质刚玉空心球混凝土应力-应变全曲线具有相似的几何特征,其受压破坏过程是渐变的,显示出较好的变形性能,其韧性高于普通混凝土,具有较好的吸能性能。由此可见,刚玉空心球混凝土具有轻质、高强、吸能性较好的优异性能。因此,刚玉空心球混凝土适合应用于人防工程中成层式结构中的分配层。
The hollow corundum ball concrete(HCBC ) was a new jelling composites, Presently the study in static mechanical properties and preparation of HCBC was still zero, this research belong to exploratory research.Mixing the corundum hollow ball into concrete pro- ducing amount of admixture were 0,30%, 40% and 50% hollow corundum concrete, Test the static compressive strength standard 28 d.Re- suits showed that the compressive strength decreasing if increasing the amount of admixture of light hollow corundum ball concrete but the decrease was limited.Through a complete stress-strain curve analysis, stress calculation on to light hollow corundum spheres concrete, we got the index of mechanical properties.The results show geometric feature similarity of the light weight hollow corundum ball concrete stress-strain full curve, The compressive failure process was gradual.The better deformation performance, its toughness was greater than ordinary concrete.Thus, the hollow corundum ball concrete(HCBC ) with good characters of light weight, high energy absorption.There- fore,corundum hollow sphere concrete was suitable in distribution layer structure of the civil air-defense engineering project.
