摘要
多孔混凝土通过材料研选、采用特殊工艺制备得到,必须满足一定的抗压强度并具有良好的孔隙率。试验分析了不同搅拌时间、不同水灰比条件下的水泥浆体流动度,研究了不同的浆集比对多孔混凝土的抗压强度和孔隙率的影响,通过对试验数据分析处理得到了多孔混凝土孔隙率和抗压强度拟合的线性关系,以期为多孔混凝土的工程应用提供支撑。
Porous concrete is made by method of materials selection and special process preparation, certain compressive strength and good porosity should be attained.Under different mixing time and water cement ratios, fluidity of cement paste was analysed, effects with different paste-aggregate ratios on compressive strength and porosity of porous concrete was discussed, by means of test data processing, the fitting linear relationship between porosity and compressive strength was obtained, in order to support engineering application of porous concrete.
