摘要
利用废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒为主要骨料,以普通硅酸盐水泥和少量胶结剂为胶凝材料,制备了圆环体泡沫混凝土型块,将型块以不同的排列方式填充在现浇板的中性轴部位可以形成具有不同功能的泡沫混凝土型块填充板。利用数值模拟方法对填充板进行力学性能分析,得到了荷载作用下填充板的变形、应力和应变分布图。通过分析数值模拟结果,研究了型块的不同排列方式对楼板力学性能的影响,并给出了泡沫混凝土型块填充板的工程应用建议。
Disused expanded polystyrene foam plastics as the main aggregates,with a little of cement and cementing agent were made into torus foam concrete blocks.These blocks could be filled in the neutral axis location of cast-in-situ slabs in a different arrangement, and it brings about different functions for the filled slabs.ln order to study the mechanical properties, deformation, stress and strain distribution figures were depicted by numerical simulation method.Then simulation results were analyzed to find out the influence of different arrange- ment of the blocks on the mechanical properties of the filled slabs, and recommendations were proposed for engineering application.
