日本鸠山一郎内阁时期中苏对日复交问题历史考察

Historical Review on Resuming diplomatic Relations between Japan and China,Japan and the Soviet Union During the Hatoyama Cabinet Period

日本鸠山一郎内阁上台后,着手调整外交政策,主张恢复日苏、日中邦交。中苏两国对此表示欢迎,并在对日复交问题上保持密切沟通与合作,采取切实措施促进对日复交。在各种因素的作用和影响下,苏日关系在鸠山内阁时期完成了正常化,中日虽没有实现邦交正常化,但中日关系在这一时期仍然取得了较大的进展。

After taking office,Hatoyama cabinet began to readjust Japanese foreign policy and advocate to resuming diplomatic relations between Japan and the Soviet,Japan and China.China and the Soviet Union welcomed that,kept close communications and cooperation on the issues of resuming diplomatic relations and took effective measures to promote the resumption of diplomatic relations with Japan.Under the role and influence of various factors diplomatic relations between the Soviet Union and Japan in Hatoyama Cabinet completed the normalization.Though the diplomatic relations between China and Japan hadn't realized the normalization,but still had made great progress during this period.
