摘要
针对弱电网特征,给出基本定义,并分别通过静态稳定分析和动态扰动分析进行光伏穿透功率极限的计算。静态稳定分析选用线路潮流不过载和各节点母线电压不越限作为约束条件;动态扰动分析采用系统频率和关键节点电压恢复情况作为稳定判据。最后采用电力系统Digsilent仿真软件建立典型弱电网模型,确定了既满足静态稳定安全约束,又满足动态扰动不失稳的光伏电站穿透功率极限。
The PV station capacity measured by PV power penetration limit is an important part of the PV power station design. A definition of the weak grid is proposed, and the static stability analysis and dynamic stability analysis are used to calculate the limit power in this paper. The static stability analy- sis criterion is that the line flow and bus voltage don't exceed limitation while the dynamic stability analysis criterion is that the system frequency and key node voltage do not exceed the standard of state grid. Finally, it determined the PV power station penetration limit of a weak grid simulation model founded in Digsilent software, which not only satisfied the static security restriction, but also satisfied the dynamic disturbances without losing system stability.
