摘要
可再生能源和电动汽车的高渗透率对电网安全稳定运行具有较大影响,如何有效地提高新能源的综合利用率及合理安排电动汽车充放电,成为当前电网运行亟需解决的问题。文章提出了计及光伏发电的集中型充电站模型,以网损最小为目标函数,引入方差优化函数,以IEEE30节点作为仿真系统,利用遗传算法求解。仿真结果表明,合理安排集中型充电站的充放电计划不仅能够有效降低网损和平滑负荷曲线,也能提高光伏发电的利用率。
High penetration of renewable energy and electric vehicles has brought huge impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid. How to effectively improve the comprehensive utilization rate of new energy and reasonable arrangement of electric vehicle charging and discharging has become the most important problem to the grid operation. In this paper, the centralized stations model consider photovohaic power generation, which takes the minimal real power loss as its objective, brought vari- ance optimization function. Using IEEE 33-bus as simulation system and make GA solve model. The re- sult shows that reasonable arrangement of charge and discharge plans not only reduce power loss and smooth the load curve, but improve utilization rate of photovohaic power generation.
