摘要
采用有限元法对大功率永磁直驱风力发电机定子三维温度场进行计算,得到了电机定子温度场。对发电机进行了试验测试,测试结果与计算结果较为接近,验证了计算的准确性。研究结果表明,电机端部绕组温度高于中间绕组,最高温度点在背风侧的端部绕组,最高温度与平均温度相差16℃左右。引入Miner准则,提出一种基于热损伤累加准则的电机绝缘寿命前期预测方法,应用该方法对大功率永磁直驱风力发电机绝缘寿命进行了预测,发现电机绝缘寿命余度很大。
A stator temperature field of high-power permanent magnet wind turbine generator was cal- culated and gotten by 3-D finite element method. The temperature test was carried out to verify the cal- culation method. The results showed that the temperature of end-winding is higher than that of mid- winding and the maximum temperature point is at the end-winding of leeward side, which is 16 ℃ high- er than average temperature. The Miner's rule was introduced to establish an insulation life estimate method which based on the heat damage accumulate rule. An insulation life of wind turbine generator was predicted, the result showed that the insulation life limit was rich.
