摘要
风力发电机组载荷测试是涉及到风电机组寿命与安全的、重要的型式认证试验项目之一。载荷测试的主要内容是对风电机组塔筒、主轴、叶片等主要结构部件的弯矩(扭矩)进行测试。叶根弯矩测试采用传统的粘贴应变片和搭建惠斯通电桥的方式。由于叶片本身结构及材料特性复杂,因此传统的旁路电阻标定的方法不适用于叶片根部弯矩信号的标定。结合实际测试项目,文章介绍了几种常用的叶片根部弯矩信号标定方法,并分析了各自的特点。
Wind turbine load measurement is one of the most significant type approval certification issues, which is related to the wind turbine life and safety. The main content of the wind turbine load measurement is the bending moment measurement of main part, such as tower, main shaft and blades. The strain gauges and Wheatstone bridge are used to take the blade root bending moment measurement. For the blade root bending signal calibration, due to the complicated structure and material, the tradi- tional shunt calibration method is not available. In this article, three kinds of methods of blade root bending signal calibration and their characteristics are introduced and analyzed within the measure- ment project.
